Mandi has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has always found peace on the mat. As an avid runner and lover of cardio, becoming certified as a Yoga Trapeze instructor, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga instructor has been an amazing journey. All of these styles of yoga are a perfect combination of the deep stretches, deep breathing, meditation and cardio that Mandi needs as a way to relieve stress and stay in shape.

Mandi is a mom of two young boys, avid hiker and camper, co-host of the podcast, Don’t Get in the Van!, works in the Interior Design Industry and has numerous pets to complete her full life.
